For our grand opening event we coupled a health and fitness expo with a local school sports boosters club fundraiser. The school sports team that was most represented won $500. Way to go Redbank Valley Boys Basketball team.
Meal Prep Orders must be submitted by Saturday Night and pickups will be Sunday from 5:30 - 8:30 at Zack's Farm to Table Restaurant.
We now offer a private 4,000 square foot training facility available to our members. Our monthly members receive 1 personal training session with Trainer Mitch, 1 Healthy Meal Prep & 1 Health Shake from Zack's Farm to Table Restaurant. All members can bring their children to workout with them at no extra cost. We do not offer childcare services. The gym is open from 5am - 9pm 7 days per week. We ask our members to respect the privacy of personal training. We only accept 100 Adult members maximum at any time.

Trainer Mitch offers 1 on 1 training designed around your goals and lifestyle needs. We always start with a free wellness consultation. There we talk goals, ambitions, and expectations. We create a specialized plan of attack just for you. Base price $35 per session. Gym memberships available upon completion of a personal training program.

We have adapted a second day of meal prep pickups for our healthy prepared meal service. See Menu Above: for meal prep details, options, and prices.
Zack's Healthy Prepared Meal Prep Service offers salads, healthy lunches, tasty snacks, and Dinner Entrees. Meal prep can be stored for 7 days from the day of pickup. We have many customers who freeze their meals and eat them as they need. Meals are best re-heated in a skillet but are very convenient and delicious after 2 minutes in the microwave. Meals can be stored in the freezer as long as the customer desires.
Each meal is $8 and has a healthly pre-portioned serving of a high quality protein (Chicken, Beef, or Seafood), a starch which is either rice or potatoes (customers choice), and a fresh vegetable.
Each week Zack makes 1 special meal that may not be the “healthiest” but we think it’s the most delicious. Zack’s “prepped entree” varies each week and always features upgraded proteins, sides, and locally sourced vegetables for only $10.
Orders will need to be placed by Saturday night for food pickup at Zack’s Restaurant in New Bethlehem ready Sunday at 5:00pm. With the craziness of COVID-19 we have also added a meal prep pickup day for Thursday afternoon with orders needing to be placed by Wednesday night. We have many truck drivers, elderly, construction workers, and health & fitness enthusiasts buy meals every single week. We currently make over 150 meals every Sunday and we have opted into a second meal
prep day to help those in need during this time.

Trainer Mitch has personal experience participating in wrestling, football, rugby, & swimming. Mitchell has a bachelors degree in health and physical education from Slippery Rock University.
The Blose Brothers have also established their Clarion County Sports Scholarship Fund through Tri-County Health & Fitness with the first reward being donated during the 2021 Graduation year.
Student Requirements to be eligible; Must go to Public School, must submit a resume, must be planning on furthering education or starting a business, must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, a letter as to why they should win the award, What they will do with the winnings, and must exhibit a 5 year plan on paper as to how they will achieve success. With a Bachelors in Health & Physical Education, Mitchell plans on impacting the next generation. Tri-County Health & Fitness' After school programs will focus on nutrition information, exercise science, & how to live a healthy lifestyle forever!
